    Shipping Policy – Bhageerath Conture

    1. Shipping Locations

    We are currently offering shipping within India only. Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside India at this time

    2. Processing Time

    - All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receiving the order, excluding weekends and holidays.

    - Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email along with tracking information.

    3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

    We partner with trusted courier services to ensure timely delivery. The delivery
    time will depend on the location of the recipient:

    - Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    - Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days

    - Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

    Please note that these times are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary based on factors such as local holidays or courier availability.

    4. Shipping Charges

    We charge a shipping fee of ₹99 on all orders across India.

    5. Order Tracking

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this tracking number on the respective courier's website to monitor the status of your delivery

    6. Delivery Issues

    If you face any issues with your delivery, such as delayed shipments, incorrect address, or damaged items, please contact us at support@shopbhageerath.com. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue promptly.

    7. Packaging

    We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. All items are packed securely in eco-friendly materials.

    8. Multiple Shipments

    In cases where you place an order for multiple items, we may ship them separately. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.

    9. Lost or Stolen Shipments

    Once the shipment has been marked as "delivered" by the courier, it is your responsibility to ensure the package is received.

    - If your package is lost or stolen post delivery, please contact us at 📧 support@shopbhageerath.com, and we will assist in filing a claim with the courier service. However, we are not liable for any lost or stolen shipments after they have been delivered.

    10. Address Accuracy

    It is important to provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses, which may result in delivery failures.
